The museum is located on Staromłyńska 4, on Sand Island, just off Ostrów Tumski. The best way to reach the museum is by public transport – tram or bus. There are many stops around the museum.
On average, our guests spend from an hour to an hour and a half. It is worth noting that the tour is not limited in time.

The holder of the Nasz Wrocław card can count on a 10% discount charged at the museum reception upon presenting the card with an active taxpayer status. The Large Family Card entitles a family with a maximum of 5 children to enter the museum with a family ticket.
Reservations are only required for groups of more than 10 people. There is no need to book an individual tour.
As the museum is located on Sand Island, we do not have our own parking. The nearest city car parks are located in the vicinity of the Market Hall or pl. Bema. We recommend you to reach us by public transport.

The museum is open every day: Monday to Friday 10:00 – 19:00, and weekends 10:00 – 20:00
Our exhibition takes up 400m2, which is located on the ground floor of the building. So you can move around the stroller/wheelchair without any problem.

The tour takes place individually, but throughout the museum there are guides available who will be happy to talk about the exhibits and take interesting photos.
Yes, both the disabled person and their guardian will receive a 50% discount on tickets. The discount is calculated only when buying tickets at the museum reception.
Without the supervision of an adult, people who are over 14 years old can visit on their own. Children under 14 must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
